Food WritingGenevieve is a food writer who specialises in writing easy-to-recreate recipes out of simple ingredients for home cooks. Her background of 20 years in hospitality working as a chef have given her the strong technical background of classical training combined with the experience of working for some of Auckland’s most innovative chefs. 2005 saw the release of her first cookbook Basic But Brilliant published by Penguin as well as having contributed to Cuisine Magazine and Foodtown Magazine as a food writer. She writes a regular e-newsletter from which you can learn how to create innovative and simple new recipes from ingredients and cooking methods you are already familiar with. This private subscription will only be used to send you her newsletters and won’t be accessed by anyone else. Genevieve is currently working on publishing a range of baking cookbooks.
