Chocolate Bobby Bananas
Recipe Created for Dole
Ingredients
- 250g dark or milk chocolate
- canola or rice bran oil
- 12 Dole Bobby Bananas, peeled
- 24 ice cream sticks
- sprinkles like coconut, chocolate rain, hundreds and thousands etc
Instructions
- Line a tray with non-stick paper.
- Melt chocolate over a pot of water or in the microwave. Add a little
oil to thin chocolate enough for dipping.
- Slice bananas in half through width. Skewer onto the sticks.
- Dip into chocolate, coating thoroughly. Tap off excess chocolate
and place on tray. 5/ Dust with your favourite sprinkle toppings.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight if possible.
