Banana Griddle Scones
Recipe Created for Dole
Ingredients
- 250g self raising flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 50g sugar
- 1 mashed banana
- 250g sour cream
Instructions
- Heat a large cast iron pan to a low heat.
- Sift dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Add the sour cream and
banana then work in with a fork.
- Mix until the ingredients comes together to form dough. Knead a
couple of times. Divide into 2 then pat into a flat circles around
half a centimetre thick. Cut each circle into 8 wedges.
- In 2 batches, place the dough into the hot dry pan. Turn after
over after 2 minutes then cook a further 2 minutes. Serve hot with
superfoods fruits and maple syrup.
