Bacon, Feta & Banana Tarts

Recipe Created for Dole

Ingredients

  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 250g feta
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 6 rashes bacon
  • 3 Dole Bananas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Cut each pastry sheet into 16 even squares then place on a baking sheet.
  3. Crumble together feta and parmesan. Distribute cheese evenly on top of each pastry square.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until nicely browned.
  5. Grill bacon until crisp. Top tarts with warm bacon and Dole Banana slices.
