Genevieve's Cuisine Chicken Liver Parfait

A fine dining recipe to enjoy at home

Chicken liver parfait is the French method of making pate by blending the raw ingredients then baking at a low temperature until set.

Genevieve's Cuisine Chicken Liver Parfait's are baked directly into reusable glass jars by chefs, with 100% free-range, corn-fed chicken livers and no artificial additives or preservatives. Sold in 100g jars - just perfect for sharing with a few friends!


The Flavours

Original

All natural ingredients – chicken livers, butter, cream, red wine, onion, pepper and salt are blended together then baked to perfection.

Peppered

The original recipe is flavoured with brined green peppercorns and cayenne pepper, baked then topped with milled black pepper.

Truffled

The original recipe is blended and baked with and imported black truffle puree.
