Genevieve's Cuisine Chicken Liver and Duck Liver Parfait's are hand crafted by chefs, baked in the traditional French method using high quality glass jars. Only 100% free-range chicken livers and 100% barn-raised duck livers are used.
They are a great source of iron and have no artificial additives or preservatives.

All natural ingredients – chicken livers, butter, cream, red wine, onion, pepper and salt are blended together and baked to perfection.
Wine match: Pinor Noir or Merlot

Truffled Chicken Liver Parfait

TRUFFLED

The original chicken recipe is blended and baked with an imported black truffle puree.
Wine match: Chardonnay or Cab Sauvignon

Peppered Chicken Liver Parfait

PEPPERED

The original chicken recipe is blended with brined green peppercorns, milled black pepper and cayenne pepper.
Wine match: Shiraz (or beer!)

Wine match: Reisling or Gewurtztraminer

The original duck recipe is blended with fresh orange zest, pure orange oil and brined green peppercorns.
Wine match: Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris or Rose
