As well as manufacturing top quality gourmet food products, Genevieve Knights has enjoyed over 23 years experience in the food industry as a chef, food writer, recipe developer, food stylist and photographer for many of New Zealand's leading brands.

Genevieve has also written two baking cookbooks: scones and pavlova and runs a gourmet hamper company: Champers Hampers.
